1/2 c. lard
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 small bottle molasses
1 c. coffee
2 T. instant coffee
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. cake flour
2 c. raisins
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Bake in 350 oven for 35 minutes.

To make cake flour:
put 2 level tsp. cornstarch in a one cup measure. Fill and level off with regular flour. Sift together 3 times. This is equal to 1 c. cake flour.
