Ingredients:  
3 lbs. ground chuck or ground round (80 to 85% lean)
3 eggs
1 to 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
2 T. parsley
1 T. garlic powder
1 T. basil
Pinch of oregano
1/4 c. celery, chopped or 1 to 2 T. celery seed
1/4 c. onion, chopped or 1 to 2 T. onion powder
1 tsp. pepper
1 T. salt (or to taste)
1/2 c. or more Romano cheese (or to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
1. Mix all ingredients together well.
2. Temper with water if needed.
3. Roll meatballs and place on a greased pan.
4. Bake at 350ºF. for 35 to 40 minutes.
