1/2 lb. green beans
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp. olive oil
2 tsp. red wine vinegar
3/4 c. croutons
1 T. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Rinse and cut ends off green beans; cook beans in boiling water for 4 minutes.
2. Drain and rinse with cold water.
3. Sauté garlic and olive oil for one minute; add vinegar, green beans, croutons and Parmesan cheese. Toss and serve.
