12 slices bacon (about 1/2 lb.), crisply fried and crumbled
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (about 4 oz.)
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
2 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Lightly grease a 9 or 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion evenly ove rthe bottom of the pie plate. Place remaining ingredients in a blender container. Cover and blend on high speed 1 minute. Pour into pie plate Bake until brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 50-55 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Refrigerate any leftovers.
