1/2 c butter
1 c brown sugar
3/4 c oatmeal
1 c flour
1 tsp cinnamon
4 c chopped rhubarb
1 c white sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 c water
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in pan; add brown sugar, oatmeal, flour, and cinnamon and mix together. Press half of mixture into a greased 9-inch pan. Cover with rhubarb. Combine white sugar, cornstarch, water, and vanilla; cook until clear. Pour over rhubarb. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Serve warm or cold. Good with cream, ice cream, or whipped topping.
