10 papas grandes blancas sancochadas luego peladas
1 cucharada colmada de ají colorado
1 cucharada colmada de ají amarillo fresco
1 cebolla
Ľ taza de aceite
200 grs. de maní tostado molido
1 cucharada colmada de ajos
pimienta, comino, sal
1 cubito de caldo de carne disuelto en 1 taza de agua o más

Directions:
Directions:
Las papas cortadas en cuatro. En olla freír en el aceite la cebolla y ajos. Se le echa la pimienta, comino, sal, ají colorado, el amarillo y freír; luego agregarle el caldo de carne, las papas y si se desea un poco de leche. Tapar y dejar cocinar unos minutos a fuego lento. Aumentarle el maní molido. Se sirve en fuente y se decora con huevos duros encima.
