Crust:
2 1/4 c flour
2 1/4 c packed brown sugar
2 1/2 c dry quick oats
2 1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 sticks butter, melted

Filling:
1 c sugar
1 c water
2 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp vanilla
5 c rhubarb
1 small box strawberry jello

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix crust ingredients with fork. Press 1/2 of crust mixture into a 9x13 pan.

For filling, boil sugar, water, corn starch, and vanilla until thick and clear. Add 5 c chopped rhubarb and pour over crust. Sprinkle with strawberry jello. Crumble the remaining crust mixture on top. Bake for 45 minutes.
