1 large onion diced
1 c. sliced celery
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
4 cans beef broth (about 5 1/2 cups)
1 can plum tomatoes
1 can kidney beans drained
1 pkg. frozen green beans
1 pkg. frozen peas and carrots
1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, celery and garlic in oil in large pan or Dutch oven about 5 minutes or until tender.
Add remaining ingredients. Bring slowly to boil and lower heat.
Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
