1 pound pasta (any kind other than spaghetti)
1/2 medium red onion, diced
4 plum tomatoes, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta, drain, and rinse with cold water. Chop vegetables. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, and salt, and adjust to taste. Mix pasta, pepper, onion, and dressing. Chill and add tomatoes just before serving.
