Ingredients:  
1/2 c chopped onions
2T bacon drippings
1 lb sliced okra
2 c fresh skinned tomatoes
1 1/4 t salt
1/2 t paprika
1/4 t curry powder
2 t brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in bacon drippings. Add okra and saute 5 minutes over medium heat. Add tomatoes, salt, paprika, curry and brown sugar. Simmer covered about 25 minutes.
