1/4 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 T. water
1/2 c. milk
1, 11 oz. can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 c. cubed turkey (or chicken)
1 can peas
1, 2 oz. can chopped mushrooms, drained
1 T. onion, chopped
1 to 2 tsp. curry powder

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F.
1. Bring raisins to a boil, and drain. Set aside.
2. Combine stuffing mix, butter and water. Reserve 1/3 cup of mixture; press the rest into a 9" pie plate for a crust.
3. Blend milk into soup. Stir in turkey, peas, mushrooms, onion, curry and drained raisins. Turn into pie crust. Sprinkle remaining stuffing mixture over pie.
4. Bake uncovered at 375ºF for 30-35 minutes.
