For Cake: 4 eggs 1 2/3 c. sugar 1 c. oil 1, 16 oz. can pumpkin 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda
For Frosting: 3 oz. cream cheese 1/2 stick butter 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350ºF. 1. Mix together all ingredients for cake. 2. Bake in an ungreased 9 x 13" pan at 350ºF for 25 minutes. 3. Mix together all ingredients for frosting. Frost the cake once it has cooled.
