Using Vine ripened or home grown tomatoes.
Thinly (but not too thinly) slice tomatoes onto plate
Sprinkle liberally with cider vinegar.California style garlic salt, garlic pepper, grated Parmesan cheese,
crushed oregano. Drizzle with Olive oil (the guys seem to like the extra virgin best) and apple.
