We use legs and thighs but you can use any cut.
Spray a large baking dish (15x10) with olive oil cooking spray. Coat bottom of chicken with the olive oil spray and and sprinkle with California garlic salt and pepper. Place in center of pan surround with peeled diced potatoes. Spray with olive oil, and sprinkle with California garlic salt and garlic pepper and parmesan cheese.

Bake in 375-400 oven for 60 minutes.
