1 Pounds Ground Beef
1 Can (28oz) Whole Tomatoes
1 Can (12oz) Tomato Paste
1 Tsp Oregano Leaves
1 Tsp Basil Leaves
2 Tsp Garlic Salt
2 Cups Cottage Cheese
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
12 oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
12 oz Lasagna Noodles

Cook noodles according to instructions on box. Brown meat, drain fat, add Tomatoes, break with fork. Stir in tomato paste, garlic salt, basil and oregano leaves. Heat to boiling, Stirring occasionally. Reduce heat simmer uncovered about 20 minutes or until mixture is consistency of spaghetti sauce. Set aside cup parmesan cheese, cup Mozzarella cheese and 1 cup of meat mixture for topping. Stir together remaining Mozzarella, Parmesan and cottage cheese. In an un-greased 13x9 pan alternate layers of noodles, cheese and meat sauce. Spread reserve meat sauce & cheese over top. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees, let stand 15 minutes to set cheese before cutting.
