2 lbs. ground chuck
2 eggs
1/2 c. Pecorino Romano cheese (or more to your liking)
1/2 to 1 c. bread crumbs
3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350F.
1. Add ingredients to a large bowl and mix together well. For the bread crumbs, we evenly distribute them over the meat before mixing. If the meat mixture seems dry, add a little bit of milk.
2. Roll meatballs and place on a cookie sheet greased with a little bit of olive oil.
3. Bake at 350F for about 15 minutes or until browned, then turn each meatball over and cook the other side is browned.
4. Use a slotted spoon to transfer meatballs into the sauce.
