1 loaf brioche bread, sliced 3/4" thick
6 eggs slightly beaten
1 C heavy whipping cream
1 C fresh orange juice
1/3 C Triple Sec
2 tsp. granulated sugar
6 Tbsp. butter
zest of one orange, confectioner's sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and cream together.

Add Triple Sec, sugar, orange juice and zest.Pour into shallow pan.

Dip bread slices into mixture, fully coating, transfer to baking dish and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Add 1/8" oil to heavy skillet, preheat to 350 F
Add bread slices to skillet, but do not crowd pan.
Cook until golden brown on both sides.
Remove and keep warm while cooking remainder of
bread slices.
