1 large clove garlic
2 Tbsp. butter
1 can cr. of mushroom soup
1/2 cup light cream
1 small jar Old English cheese
1/4 cup white wine
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup mayonnaise
broccoli
chicken breasts
parmesan cheese
lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
ęboil chicken breasts and cool, cut into bite size pieces. Boil or steam broccoli, set aside. mash garlic in butter, add soup, cream, cheese, wine, lemon juice,and seasonings. Heat until cheese is melted, then add mayo and remove from heat. Layer broccoli, then chicken, pour sauce over all. sprinkle with parmesan. Bake for 45-60 min. at 350.
