1 pkg. frozen boneless chicken breasts (about 6)
1 pkg. Knorr's beef aujus mix
2 cups red onion, chopped
2 cups portabello mushrooms
2 cups regular mushrooms
2 cups sweet marsala wine
Salt and pepper to taste
Egg, milk, breadcrumbs for coating
Olive oil for pan frying

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
1. Dip chicken breasts in egg and milk and coat with breadcrumbs. Fry in olive oil.
2. Place chicken in greased 9 x 13" pan.
3. For the sauce: follow directions on aujus mix. Bring aujus to boil and add chopped onions, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Let mixture simmer; thicken sauce to desired level.
4. Pour sauce over chicken and bake for 60-90 minutes or until chicken is done.
