1 pint Greek yogurt ( I use soy yogurt)
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/4 cup finely grated cucumber (water drained)
1 T. dill weed
1 T. red-wine vinegar
1 T. olive oil
kosher salt
freshly ground black pepper
