1 box Fudge Marble Cake Mix
2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 box instant chocolate pudding
1 c. milk
1, 8 oz. carton Cool Whip

Preheat oven to 350F.
1. Follow box directions for cake mix. Pour into a greased 9 x 13" pan.
2. Combine the ricotta, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Spoon over the unbaked cake mix. Do not mix.
3. Bake at 350F for one hour.
4. Combine the pudding mix with milk and add cool whip. This will be used to frost the cooled cake. Refrigerate.
