1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake
2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
1. Prepare Duncan Hines yellow cake following box directions.
2. Pour yellow cake mix into greased 9 x 13" pan.
3. Beat together until smooth the ricotta cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
4. Pour ricotta mixture on top of the yellow cake mix. Do not mix.
5. Bake at 350ºF for 50 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean. Cool and top with powdered sugar and serve with fresh berries.

While baking, the ricotta mixture will bake down into the bottom of the dish and the yellow cake mixture will come up to the top. Yummy!
