Ingredients:  
1/2 can Spam (cut into tiny pieces)
1-2 Portuguese Sausage (ie - Purity brand cut into tiny pieces)
3-4 eggs (optional)
1/2 to 1 jar Kim Chee (ie - Halms hot or mild)
Shoyu to taste
Pepper to taste
4 cups cooked white rice
oil

Directions:
Directions:
Fry Spam and Portuguese sausage in some oil in large wok or frying pan.
Add eggs and continue to fry.
Add in cooked white rice and fry together.
Add in kim chee (including the liquid part), shoyu (to taste) and pepper (to taste). Taste test wile cooking to see if needs more shoyu or pepper.
Fry until everything is cooked and mixed well.
