3/4 c. granulated sugar 1 c. fresh lemon juice lemon and lime slices for garnish, optional
Cook sugar and 3/4 cup of water over medium heat just until sugar melts. Cool slightly. Add syrup mixture to 4 cups of water in a pitcher. Stir in lemon juice. Serve over ice. Garnish with lemon and lime slices.
