2 pts Blueberries
3/4 c sugar
1/3 c flour
1/2 t cinnamon
1/2 t lemon peel
1/8 t salt
2 pie crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Fit one pie crust to pie pan. Mix all ingredients and pour in pie crust. Make a latice top for the pie. Bake at 400 for 40 minutes. Can cover edges of pie crust with foil to prevent overbaking
