4 sweet gherkins
3 shallots
4 hard boiled egg yolks
2 tbsp capers
2 tbsp parsley

Mince all of the above.

1 tsp tarragon
1 tsp chervil
1 tbsp grated onion
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
white pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise

Mix above eight ingredients.
