8 breast skinless/boneless chicken
1 lb. Virginia Ham
1 lb. bacon
2 cans mushroom soup
16 oz. sour cream
10 - 12 fresh sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275°F.
1. Place 3 or 4 slices of ham under chicken breast and wrap with one slice of bacon.
2. Mix mushroom soup, fresh mushrooms and sour cream together.
3. Arrange chicken in ungreased 9 x 13" Pyrex casserole dish.
4. Pour mushroom and soup mixture over chicken.
5. Bake at 275ºF for 4 hours. Serving suggestions: small red and white potatoes, green beans and salad.
