18 Sheets Filo dough (found in freezer section)
1 lb. Brie cheese
1 16 oz. jar Apricot preserves (or Raspberry)
Melted Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425F.
1. Open Filo dough sheets
2. Set cheese on top of dough
3. Spread preserves over cheese
4. Fold Filo dough around cheese (diaper fold)
5. Bake at 425F for 12-15 minutes
6. Brush top with melted butter; the cheese will melt and filo dough will look like a puffed pastry. Soooo....good........... Serving suggestions: small bagel chips and/or crackers
