3 tbsp water
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1tsp chopped garlic
3 tbsp catsup
1/4 tsp pinch of red pepper flakes
3 tbsp olive oil
1/3 c salad oil
1 tbsp cumin

Whisk the above ingredients in a medium size bowl, until well blended.
