1 1/2 T. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 or 2 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. allspice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cover pork loin or chops with olive oil.
2. Puree garlic and salt. Combine the remaining ingredients to garlic and salt mix; coat pork.
3. Let marinate for 24 hours. Cook at 350ºF for 45 minutes.

I've let pork marinate for less than 24 hours and it turns out pretty good!
