1 stick butter
12 oz pkg chocolate chips
12 oz jar peanut butter
1 regular size box Crispix cereal
3 1/2 C powdered Sugar

Directions:
Melt first three ingredients together and add Crispix cereal. Put all ingredients in a brown bag with powdered sugar. Shake well. Put on wax paper, dry 3 hours and store in container.
