2 C crushed vanilla wafers
1 C chopped Spanish peanuts ( no hulls ) can also use nut topping
1/2 C melted butter
1 8oz cream cheese
3 C cold milk
1 C powdered sugar
1/2 C peanut butter
2 C cool whip / will also need more cool whip for top
2 small pkgs chocolate instant pudding
1 Hershey bar, grated

Directions:
Mix wafers, 2/3 C peanuts, and melted butter together. Press into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 10 min. Cool. Mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and peanut butter until creamy. Fold in the cool whip then pour over the crust. Mix pudding and milk and pour over cream cheese mixture. Spread 1 1/2 C cool whip on top of pudding. Top with remaining nuts and grated Hershey bar. Refrigerate.
