Melt together:
12 oz chocolate chips
12 oz butterscotch chips
2 C creamy peanut butter
1 square semi-sweet chocolate
1/4 C vanilla pudding ( cook and serve)
1/2 C evaporated milk
1 C butter
2 C powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Melt chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, peanut butter, and semi-sweet chocolate. Spread 1/2 mixture into greased jelly roll pan. Refrigerate until hard.
Bring to boil vanilla pudding, milk, and butter. Boil for 1 min. Pour into mixing bowl and add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Spread on chocolate layer. Sprinkle on 1 lb Spanish peanuts. Then spread remaining chocolate on top. Refrigerate, cut and divide. Can be frozen.
