1 pkg. of 3 beef short ribs
Parsley (enough to cover top of soup pan)
2 to 3 whole carrots
1 to 2 peeled Colorobi
2 to 3 celery stalks
1 onion, chopped
2 to 3 whole potatoes, chopped
1 to 2 tomatoes, cut into larger pieces
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil Short Ribs until all the scum is removed.
2. Add all vegetables except potatoes and tomato; cook for one hour.
3. Add remaining vegetables and cook for one more hour.
4. Serve with square egg noodles or barley.
