1/2 lb bulk turkey sausage
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup sliced carrots
1 (28 oz) can tomato puree
1 (14 oz) can chicken broth
2 cups water
1 tsp dried basil
1 (9 oz) cheese tortellini
3 cups frozen cut broccoli

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sausage and onion in Dutch oven. Cook until sausage is no longer pink - making sure to chop/crumble as it cooks. Drain. Add carrots. Cook and stir one minute. Add puree, broth, water and basil. Bring to a boil. Add tortellini and bring to a boil. Add broccoli - cook 6-8 minutes or until tortellini are tender.
