Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

4 cups flour
1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 pkgs. dry yeast dissolved in 1 c. warm milk
2 eggs

Cinnamon Mixture:
1 stick butter, melted
2 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
1. Add flour to large bowl and cut in butter.
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix together as for pie dough. Refrigerate dough, covered, overnight or for 6 to 8 hours.
3. Cut dough in 4 parts before removing from bowl.
4. Roll out one piece like pie dough into a large circle. Using the melted butter, brush butter onto rolled out dough up to 1/2" from the edge. Sprinkle all over with cinnamon and sugar.
5. Cut the dough like you are cutting pie. Roll each piece like a crescent roll; start from the bottom, wide end of the triangle piece of dough and roll.
6. Place on greased cookie sheet about 1 to 1 1/2 inches apart. Bake at 375ºF for 12 to 15 minutes. The dough will puff up high but will not spread.
7. Glaze when cooled.
