12 medium potatoes, cooked and mashed
1, 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
1. Mash potatoes; add cream cheese and butter cut in small pieces.
2. Add sour cream to the milk, then add beaten eggs, salt and peppers to the potatoes.
3. Place in greased casserole dish and bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes.

This recipe can be made ahead and refrigerated. Let sit out and come to room temperature before baking.
