1, 12 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
1, 12 oz. can cream corn, drained
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs
8 oz. sour cream
1 box Jiffy muffin mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350ºF.
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and add to greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish.
2. Add the prepared Jiffy muffin mixture and fold into the corn mixture.
3. Bake at 350ºF for 30 to 45 minutes.
