1 head cabbage, chopped
1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. onion, fried and drained
2 cans tomato soup plus 2 cans water
2 T. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
1. Fry ground beef and onion with seasoning and drain.
2. In a deep pan, add in layers the chopped cabbage, uncooked rice, tomato soup with water, brown sugar and lemon juice.
3. Add meat and onion mixture and fold in to the cabbage and rice mixture.
4. Bake covered at 350ºF for 1 1/2 hours or until rice is cooked.
