1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
1 pkg. (7 oz.) elbow macaroni
1/4 cup butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup milk (approx.) * I use 3/4 cup skim

Directions:
Directions:
Grate most of the cheese but reserve a solid piece for topping. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain, rinse and drain again. Add butter, eggs, salt, pepper and grated cheese; mix well. Add milk (mixture should be moist but not thin). Turn into a buttered casserole. Dot with small chunks of reserved solid cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered at 350º 30-45 minutes.
