8 ounces deli-style smoked turkey, thinly sliced
4 slices Swiss or Cheddar cheese
4 strips bacon, cooked
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
4 teaspoons Dijon mustard, divided
1 egg blended with 1 teaspoon water
Kosher salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°; line a baking sheet with parchment.

Prepare turkey, cheese, and bacon. Roll pastry on a floured surface to 11" square. Cut into 4 squares; spread each with 1 teaspoon mustard. Arrange turkey, bacon, and cheese on half of each pastry square, tearing or folding them to fit. Brush edges of pastry with egg wash, fold to form a triangle, and seal shut using the tines of a fork. Place turnovers on prepared baking sheet, brush with more egg wash, and sprinkle with kosher salt. Bake 25 minutes, or until pastry is golden and crisp.
