5 cups chopped rhubarb
1 1/2 cups strawberries (or raspberries)
3 cups sugar
1 pkg (3 oz) strawberry or raspberry jello mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix rhubarb, berries, and sugar together. Let stand 3-5 hours to draw out juices. Place in a large saucepan, bring to a boil, and boil vigorously for 7 minutes stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in jello mix. Can hot or cool and freeze.
