Cake:

1 pkg Devils Food Cake Mix
21 oz can of cherry pie filling
1 tsp almond extract
2 eggs, beaten

Frosting:

1 cup sugar
5 Tbsp butter or margarine
1/3 cup milk
1 cup (6 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9x13 pan. In a large bowl, combine cake ingredients. Stir by hand until well mixed. Pour into pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.

For frosting, combine sugar, butter and milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips. Frost cake while warm.
