3 dozen chicken wings
2 (or more!) garlic cloves, minced
1" piece fresh ginger, peeled
2 tsp hot red pepper flakes
2 tsp coriander
3 Tbsp each soy sauce & lemon juice
2 Tbsp each sesame oil & sugar
1/2 cup sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Remove tips and cut wings in half. Place chicken in shallow casserole. Blend remaining ingredients, except sesame seeds. Pour over chicken, cover and marinate for several hours. Preheat oven to 375'F. Place chicken on cookie sheet and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 30 minutes.
