Spray 9 x 13 pan and press cubed bread in bottom of pan. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over bread. Refrigerate overnight if possible. Before baking dot top w/butter and sprinkle w/cinnamon to taste. Bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes.
