2 cups all purpose flour 1/4 cup dark brown sugar 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1 tsp. all spice 1 tsp. vanilla 1 stick butter, softened 1 cup applesauce 2 eggs 1 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream butter and brown sugar. Add the remaining ingredients except raisins. Mix well until blended, stir in raisins. pour into greased and floured 8x4x3 loaf pan. Bake 60-65 minutes.
