1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 lb. sliced bacon, cut in half
1 sleeve Waverly Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250. Place 1 tsp. cheese on each cracker and wrap tightly with strip of bacon. Place wrapped crackers on broiler rack on baking sheet. Bake for 2 hours or until bacon is done. Drain on paper towels.
