1 1/2 cups low fat milk
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp. low sodium jarred chicken soup base
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Gradually whisk milk into flour until smooth; cook over med. heat, whisking constantly, 3-5 minutes or until mixture is thickened and bubbly. Whisk in soup base and pepper.
