1 c. carrots - shredded, 1 c. soda crackers, (crushed), 1 1/2 sweet cream (canned milk 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 2 eggs, beaten,1 small onion(grated or shredded0, bacon strips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, and place in a greased baking dishl Lay bacon strips over all. The bacon should be partially cooked. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
