3-5 large ripe tomatoes
2 blocks mozzarella cheese
3-4 sprigs of fresh basil
balsamic vinegar
extra light olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
slice tomatoes about a 1/4 inch thick and lay out flat on a serving dish. Slice mozzarella. cheese1/8 in thick and 1"x1" diameter and lay on top of tomatoes. Chop basil leaves into 1/2in long by 1/16th in wide strips and sprinkle on top of tomatoes and cheese. Drizzle bal. vinegar and oil over top of entire plate and place plate in refrigerator for at least 30 mins for best flavor.
